Jack’s Abbey Brewery was looking for a fun way to promote their world famous Oktoberfest Festival at the Jack’s Abby Beer Hall and award the most loyal fans of the brand with a chance to win an all-expenses paid trip to the brewery in Framingham, MA.
Jack’s Abbey offered one Grand Prize consisting of 2 VIP tickets to the Jack’s Abby Octoberfest, a $100 Gift card to the Jack’s Abby Beer Hall, and 1 double room for overnight lodging.
Jack’s Abbey Brewery leveraged Sweeppea’s text to win sweepstakes platform to design and launch a text to win sweepstakes during the month of August. The sweepstakes was offered to customers at the brewery, at stores and retailer locations. All the participants had to do to enter was text the word PROST to the number 65074 and the Sweeppea text to win platform handled the age verification (21+) and collected participant’s entry information (Name, email, age and state).
The marketing team furthered leveraged the promotion’s viral nature thru their social media channels, pushing organic brand awareness and reach. In the end, the promotion increased brand awareness for the beer and the festival… and to that we say prost!
